Fenugreek is a leguminous plant whose seeds are consumed as a spice and for medicinal purposes, particularly in Ayurvedic medicine.
The protein and nutrient content of fenugreek helps stimulate the activity of the female sex glands. This, in turn, increases estrogen levels, especially in the breasts. Lecithin, as well as vitamins A and C, play a key role in the development of breast tissue and the sex glands.
